Return Policy

Returns made Easy from Dieselops.com

All returns will require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping container. Login to your account to obtain a Return Authorization Number and return shipment instructions. This is done by clicking on the "Order History" tab and selecting first the order number and then the product you would like to return.Returns must be packaged securely in an outer carton Do not write on the product packaging itself. Write only on the outer shipping carton, writing on the product packaging could result in the refusal of your return. Packages received without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the outer carton will be refused credit and the package returned to sender. Returnable items must be received by DieselOps within 30 days of the product being received by you the customer. (determined by Tracking information) Returned product must be in new, re-saleable condition, with all original boxes, packaging, parts, cables, manuals, etc. Upon receipt, all returns will be inspected, and, at our discretion, credit may be refused or a restocking fee of 5%-10% may be assessed. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred to return products.

Some Circumstances in which credit will not be issued but not limited to:

  • Product has been installed and/or used
  • Product has been damaged from an attempt to be installed and/or used
  • Product is shipped back with out original box, manual and/or parts
  • Seal on electrical parts is broken
  • Product serial number does not match that of which was original shipped to buyer
  • Product is deemed not resell able by Diesel Ops due to customers own actions in dealing with the product
  • All Edge Products, and PPE product returns will not be accepted without an RMA# from the manufacturer. Once you have received the manufacturer's RMA number you still MUST get an RMA number from DieselOps. Once the product is returned and inspected you will be issued a Store Credit or Exchange.
  • DieselOps will not reimburse labor charges or installation fees under any circumstance.

Shipments refused by you the customer and returned back to DieselOps will carry an automatic 10% restocking fee deducted from the total credit owed.

Refund Process

Once Diesel Ops has received and inspected the items that have been returned with an approved RMA, your refund will be processed within 24hrs. Depending on the Payment method in which you used during the initial purchase, the funds could be available immediately but a typical Credit Card refund can take between 2-5 business days to see the funds back on the card even though we process it immediately after passing inspection. If you have paid using Affirm, your refund will immediately be reflected in the balance owed to Affirm, however any interest charges incurred from Affirm will remain and be your responsibility to pay to Affirm.

Core returns

  • Core credit returns will be accepted within 180 days of original purchase. After 180 day core credit refunds will be at the discretion of DieselOps.
  • To return your product core for credit, first drain all fluids, if any, from the product. Then request an RMA as stated above. Please wait for shipment instructions before shipping any cores, many cores will be sent directly to the manufacturer.
  • DieselOps Highly recommends using a carrier that provides package tracking to ensure your product gets back safely and quickly. You will not be reimbursed for shipping costs incurred in shipping the core. The credit card used for the purchase of the product giving rise to the core return will be credited with the core's originl invoiced value after inspection.
  • Cores that have been disassembled or have missing and/or damaged major components will not receive full core credit.
